Gym Policies

Membership Summary

  • Membership dues are charged on the 1st day of each month. Punch cards are a one time payment with a 2 month expiration.
     

  • New memberships are prorated for the first month, depending on when a member decides to join. Regular monthly dues applied thereafter with payments made the 1st day of each month.
     

  • Membership dues are paid by monthly automatic electronic payment (Credit card, debit card, or automatic checking account withdrawal). *Fees included with card transaction*
     

  • Memberships 30 days past due will be cancelled. Reinstatement requires payment of dues owed and payment of the 1st month of new membership.
     

  • Written notice of 14 days must be given to ensure cancellation of term memberships. No partial months.

Membership Details

  1. Purchasing a Membership:  Your first month at Alpine Fitness is prorated, contingent upon when this Agreement is initiated relative to the first of each month.  Monthly Dues are only prorated once, upon initial enrollment with Alpine Fitness.
     

  2. Membership Payments:  All memberships and guest fees are initially collected via card transaction. Members are then notified of a 3% transaction fee that will be added on to all subsequent payments unless automatic bank account withdrawal (ACH) is set up. By providing your checking account, debit card, or credit card information, you allow Alpine Fitness to automatically withdraw dues and fees as they come due each 1st of the month.
     

  3. Family Memberships:  Family is defined as a spouse or children living in the same household.  Only one member is allowed to satisfy dues. If a family membership drops to one member, the dues change to the individual rate in effect at that time.
     

  4. Right to Modify Dues:  If you have a Month-to-Month Membership, then Alpine Fitness may increase your dues at any time.

Availability of Facility

  1. Reservation Required: Due to the size of Alpine Fitness, all classes and Open Gym hours must be reserved. Members may use the facility only during scheduled classes, or scheduled Open Gym times. Current class schedule and Open Gym hours are listed on our website at www.alpinefitleavenworth.com. Alpine Fitness reserves the right to change operating hours and/or class schedules at its sole discretion without any effect to this Agreement.
     

  2. No-Shows: Due to the size of allowed capacity in the gym, two consecutive no-shows with no reason given, will result in Member losing ability to reserve for 7 days.

Cancellation of Memberships by Member

A Member may cancel his/her membership with at least a 14 day notice. Please remember partial months are not permitted. There are no refunds for membership fees, and Alpine Fitness will not prorate a cancelled membership, except for members that paid 6 or more months in advance.

Rules and/or Regulations

Members who do not observe Alpine Fitness rules and regulations or who abuse equipment in any fashion will be asked to leave. The management reserves the right to terminate membership of anyone who refuses to observe any of Alpine Fitness rules and regulations. Not all rules and regulations are listed in this agreement. Alpine Fitness reserves the right to add, change or remove rules, conditions of membership, opening and closing hours, and all services and facilities offered by Alpine Fitness.
